In the afternoon it is time for deep rest, releasing tension from your body and relaxing deeply!
Dearbhla will lead a two hour harmonising Yin and Restorative practice, where we let our worries melt away and come to a place of deep rest. Dearbhla will use some aromatherapy oils and sprays for an even deeper relaxation.
