Since the beginning of the pandemic, Dearbhla has been teaching online through zoom. Even though we hold social distance and remain in solitude, we are still practicing together. Whether you want to release stress and relax or develop your strength, flexibility, and fitness, Dearbhla teaches two styles of classes that do both. Find more out about the styles of yoga here.
