and drink this holy peace. - Danna FauldsAs Summer draws to a close and the days get a little shorter, it is a lovely time to pause, rest, reflect and take time to move, breath, stretch and allow yourself to connect to yourself truly.
We are coming to the end of Summer time, which can be a very busy time of the year,
It is great to be able to take a day for yourself to practice yoga, self-care. rest deeply and restore your energy.Over the day Dearbhla will teach two yoga practices,
In the morning there will be a warming Vinyasa practice where we
will warm up, stretch, move, open up our bodies.
We will then enjoy a mindful walk around the beautiful grounds of Ballymaloe.
followed by a nourishing homemade lunch.
Our final practice will be a deeply relaxing yin and restorative class.
we will close with a long, blissful Savasana,
Dearbhla will use essential oils to help you relax even more.
